Early Bird Discounts on Tibet Tours with Hassle-Free Refunds
We also understand that plans can change. That's why we offer flexibility with our early bird bookings. If you need to modify your travel dates, service items, itinerary, number of travelers, or even the travelers' identification information, you can do so free of charge once, as long as it's more than 30 days before departure. If you decide to cancel your trip more than 20 days before the start date, you can do so without any penalties, and we will refund your deposit. If you prefer to join a later tour, you can defer your booking to a future date without any additional charges, except in cases where the Tibet Travel Permit has already been issued, in which case a service fee of 400 RMB will be charged for the permit processing.

Necessary Early Booking for Tibet Travel in June to August
If you're planning to visit Tibet during the peak travel season from June to August, it's wise to book your trip well in advance. During these months, the demand for hotels, flights, and train tickets far exceeds the supply, making it challenging to secure your preferred departure dates. By booking early, you can lock in your travel plans and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired travel dates. Moreover, the most important reason to book early is the significant increase in travel costs during the peak season. On average, travel prices in Tibet can rise by up to 30% from June to August due to the high demand. By booking early, you can secure your trip at the current rates and save a considerable amount of money. This early booking strategy not only ensures that you get the best available prices but also allows you to enjoy a more relaxed and stress-free planning process. So, to make the most of your Tibet adventure and avoid the peak season price surge, I highly recommend booking your private tour as soon as possible.
Experience Tibet in the Off-Peak Season for More Choices and Better Service
I highly encourage traveling to Tibet during the off-peak season, which is any time outside of June to August. During these months, Tibet's tourism facilities and services are less strained, offering you a more relaxed experience. You'll have a wider selection of hotels and room types to choose from, ensuring you find the perfect accommodation for your needs. Additionally, transportation options are more readily available, making it easier to plan your journey. By traveling in the off-peak season, you can fully enjoy Tibet's unique beauty without the crowds, while also supporting sustainable tourism practices.
