Tibet Senior Group Tours with Onboard Oxygen Systems
Tibet's plateau is spectacular in every sense: cobalt skies, razor-edged peaks, and air that contains barely 60 % of the oxygen found at sea level. To protect the hearts and lungs of our senior travelers, we offer medical-grade oxygen system with every vehicle we operate, and this is not the industrial oxygen used in factories. At altitudes above 3,600 meters, even mild exertion can tax the heart and lungs; our continuous oxygen support helps maintain stable blood oxygen levels, reducing fatigue, headaches, and the risk of altitude sickness.

Gentle Itineraries: Rich Experiences at a Relaxed Pace
We've crafted senior-friendly itineraries that balance exploration with rest, designed to delight without draining energy. Options include:
4-Day Lhasa City Tour: Unwind amid the spiritual grandeur of Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, with leisurely strolls through Barkhor Street's vibrant markets.
5-Day Lhasa and Yamdrok Lake Tour: Marvel at the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake, paired with leisurely stops at traditional villages.
6-Day Lhasa and Shigatse Tour: Delve into Tibetan Buddhism at Tashilhunpo Monastery, with ample downtime to soak in mountain views.
8-Day Lhasa, Shigatse and Namtso Tour: Experience the serene beauty of Namtso Lake, with afternoons dedicated to lakeside tea and sunset watching.
6-Day Lhasa and Lake Namtso Tour: Focus on the tranquility of Namtso, with guided walks along its shores and cultural interactions with locals.
Our activities center on gentle exploration: slow-paced temple visits with seated rest breaks, cultural experiences like butter tea tasting, and scenic lakeside relaxation. Strenuous treks or steep climbs are avoided, ensuring every moment feels enjoyable, not exhausting.
Expert Tour Guides: Trained to Care for Every Need
Our guides are all certified in senior care and altitude sickness management. Trained to spot early signs of discomfort, they act swiftly: adjusting oxygen flow, suggesting rest breaks, or administering first aid. Fluent in both English and Tibetan, they serve as cultural bridges—translating the guide's explanations into English while interpreting Tibetan conversations for travelers, all delivered at a relaxed, senior-friendly pace. They also monitor daily weather and road conditions, adapting plans to avoid harsh conditions. With a calm demeanor and attentive eye, they ensure seniors feel secure, supported, and fully present in every moment.

Senior-Friendly Stays & Dining: Comfort in Every Detail
We prioritize elderly-adapted accommodations, including rooms with diffused oxygen systems to maintain optimal air quality through the night. All hotels feature 24-hour hot water and quiet, spacious rooms—many with views of iconic landmarks. Dining is tailored to the needs of senior travelers: breakfast buffets offer lightly seasoned, easy-to-digest dishes. Spicy or greasy foods are not recommended to prevent digestive discomfort.

Conclusion
Whether you have questions about specific itineraries, health precautions, or special requests. Reach out today to start planning a safe, memorable adventure tailored for seniors.

plan a 7-8days trip for me and my boyfriend in April
Hi! I would like to plan a 7-8days trip for me and my boyfriend in April (3rd to 10th ideally) to Nepal, Tibet, and, if possible, Bhutan. Do you think it would be doable? Based on what I read, there are some places/things to do to consider: Nepal: Everest Base Camp trek and the Annapurna Circuit, ancient temples, sacred sites like Lumbini, Kathmandu, Tibet: The Potala Palace in Lhasa and the Jokhang Temple. eventually the holy Mount Kailash or the high-altitude plains. Bhutan: Thimphu, Paro, and the famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery. To take part in cultural traditions, yoga, meditation... Of course I am open to any recommendations you could make. For your reference, we are both based in Asia: him, in Bangkok and myself in Macau. Thank you so much for the information you could provide and, if possible, an estimated budget for your offer.
