Should everyone do physical examination b4 go to Tibet?

No. Someone should do physical examination if he/she suffers from heart disease or high blood presure.

Next：Hello! I'm planning to go to Tibet on January. I'd love to join a group of 4-6 people to share the costs, if it's possible. I like the route for 7 days: Lhasa - Gyantse - Shigatse - Mt. Everest Base Camp - Lhasa How much does this tour cost? Maybe it'll be too cold to stay at EBC, what can you recommend to go instead? Maybe there are other good places with an amazing view of Everest?
